I am the Founder of this company. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at North Carolina Central University in year of 2013. I also received my Masters of Science in Counseling at Nova Southeastern University in year of 2017. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) through the North Carolina Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and a LCMHC through the South Carolina board of Licensed Professional Counselors.
I am a Qualified Supervisor providing supervision for LCMHCA's who are licensed in North Carolina.
I am also a Licensed Counselor Addiction Specialist Associate (LCAS-A) through the North Carolina Addiction Specialist Professional Practice Board.

- EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy
-Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) (Currently in-training)

I have 5 years of counseling experience.
I have experience with assessing and counseling adults, children and adolescents with mental health disorders and substance abuse disorders. I have experience in counseling general areas such as, depression, anxiety, adjustment disorder, PTSD, substance use, attention deficiency hyperactivity disorder, and oppositional defiant disorders. I have experience with facilitating psycho-educational groups, individual therapy, and family therapy to help individuals cope with their disorders.

Chelsea first received her LCSWA in the year of 2018. Client has experience with counseling children, adolescents, and adults with mental health/substance abuse concerns.
KOU WEASAH

Kou has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Services and a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She received both her degrees from Montreat College. Kou is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate. Kou has experience counseling, assessing, treating, and working with minors, adolescents, and adults of all ages. Kou also has experience using various types of therapies like cardinal behavior, mindfulness, rational living, and person-centered, to name a few. Kou has a passion for helping others and finds purpose in life, being a vessel for others wanting to be their best version.
